Following a warm and friendly greeting from the Priestley Chiropractic Team, you'll have some brief paper fun to fill out. (Click here to download and complete in advance of your visit.) You'll then have the oppurtuntiy to tour our state-of-the-art healing facility as we review your health information.

Fact Finding and Information Gathering

Together you and Dr. Priestley will address your health concerns. If he thinks chiropractic can help you he will then recommend a thorough chiropractic evaluation of your spine, which will include posture anaylsis, ranges of motion and X-ray pictures of your spine if necessary.

This will complete your fist visit. Dr. Priestley will review your findings and prepare a report for you for your next visit.

Do nerves actually get pinched?
Chiropractors recognize two types of nerve disorders involved in subluxation. The least common is a pinched nerve that diminishes nerve supply to an affected organ or tissue. More common is the irritated nerve (facilitative lesion) which overexcites nerve communications to an affected organ or tissue. Chiropractic care has been shown to help with both types.
