A Family Tradition of Serving Others

Newport Beach Chiropractor Dr.Kevin Priestley

Dr. Kevin Priestley

As a teenager, Dr. Priestley spent his summers working as a lifeguard on Long Island. His father worked for the New York City police department for 45 years, and his younger sister is also a police officer. The other two sisters in his family and his mother are registered nurses. Dr. Priestley realized early on that he wanted to help people, and decided to major in premed.

Everything changed when a friend invited him to a lecture presented by a chiropractor. The information given was so simple but made perfect sense to Dr. Priestley. ‘’How can someone get healthy by taking drugs? The idea that you could restore people’s health without medicine by adjusting their spine was a revolution to me.” It was that evening he decided to become a chiropractor, and he continues to be thankful to the friend who took him to that lecture.

After Dr. Priestley’s younger brother saw the changes that were made in people’s lives, he, too, decided to become a chiropractor. He now has a practice in New York.

A Thorough Education in Natural Health

The University of Tennessee offered Dr. Priestley a full scholarship as a member of their swim team. After completing his education there in 1976, he attended the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, graduating in 1980. Since that time he has attended hundreds of lectures, seminars and workshops to keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in chiropractic.

He is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnant women and has completed 200 hours of postgraduate coursework in pregnancy and pediatric care with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

A Healthy Family Life

Dr. Priestley and his wife Rhonda have one son Max. Together, they love to travel and try to make it to Italy at least once a year. They are active in Mariners Church with fellowship, worship and teaching.

Their family receives weekly chiropractic adjustments and gets plenty of exercise, makes sure to stay hydrated and eats healthy, fresh food. Thanks to regular chiropractic care, they don’t get sick often, and when they do, they recover quickly.

We look forward to meeting you and helping you revitalize your health. Contact us today to begin your journey to better health.
